Walter, as I understand your various messages, you believe that it is possible for there to be a semantic bootstrapping process that requires no more semantic pre-standardization than that already in XML 1.0. In fact, you have demonstrated this at talks which I have unfortunately missed. Is there now some online resource that describes this process?
