>PS: Some of the latest RDF tools Dan has are built using XSLT. How are they dealing with the fact that XSLT implementations are tracking the (literal) Namespace spec's behavior more closely than the XSLT spec did? Or are you simply assuming that relative references won't occur and the difference won't be exposed? We seem to have a de-facto deprecation of relative syntax, with a very few instances of counterexamples.
