Hi,

The prose just before the table entitled "Qualified Names in Declarations"
(http://www.w3.org/TR/1999/REC-xml-names-19990114#NT-doctypedecl)
says:

   Element names and attribute types are also given....

It should be

  Element types and attribute names are also given....
