Hi Merlin, Thank you for the detailed text and I'm sorry for not reviewing it sooner. I just did so and thought it looked pretty good. I have a little concern, especially I'm still unsure whether we should divide the processing in two modes, but I will try to incorporate it in the current text. It would take a few days, hopefully.
