Hello! The document at http://www.w3.org/XML/xml-V10-5e-errata is obviously UTF-8 encoded. It also contains a meta element meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html;charset=UTF-8" declaring UTF-8, but it is sent as ISO_8859-1. For example HEAD 'http://www.w3.org/XML/xml-V10-5e-errata' answers (among other) Content-Type: text/html; charset=iso-8859-1 These inconsistencies disturb some browsers. Regards! Saašha,
