Charset mismatch in errata

Hello!

The document at
http://www.w3.org/XML/xml-V10-5e-errata is obviously UTF-8 encoded. It
also contains a meta element

meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html;charset=UTF-8"

declaring UTF-8, but it is sent as ISO_8859-1. For example

HEAD 'http://www.w3.org/XML/xml-V10-5e-errata'

answers (among other)

Content-Type: text/html; charset=iso-8859-1

These inconsistencies disturb some browsers.

Regards!
