-1 You can't change the definition of an XML Name like that and still call it XML 1.0. Or is this what one gets for relying on the definition of a Name to be fixed and using it throughout various applications, only to wake up and find that the definition has changed. Do I then put notes in user documentation that it only supports XML Names from XML 1.0 4th edition or earlier? It's a good change, switching from a whitelist to a blacklist for codepoints, but call it what it is guys, and bump the version number. Cheers, James
