Editorial: white space vs. white-space

The 4th edition of XML 1.0 is mostly consistent about using "white
space" (two words). However, there are exceptions.

In section 2.10 we find:

The value "default" signals that applications' default white-space
processing modes are acceptable for this element

In 4.5 we find

(leaving any surrounding whitespace)

These should be brought into sync with the rest of the document.
