Hello Yung-Fong, First, please send potential error reports to xml-editor@w3.org as indicated in the spec. Second, as somebody else has already said, the XML Core WG is working on extending the repertoire of XML Names in XML Blueberry / XML 1.1. If you have any specific comments, I suggest you send them to the W3C I18N IG for discussion. Regards, Martin.
