I now came to realize, that my first proposal was mislead by a false
reading of § 3.3.3.   However, it should be considered to add a WFC to
prod. [68] stating, that the replacement text of an EntityRef should
match the content prod. [43].  In § 4.5 the sentence "The actual
replacement text that is included as described above ..." should be
changed to "The actual replacement text that is included (or included
as literal) as described above ..."
