Hi,

  I am not sure what does 6th chapter term "character" mean. 
  Does "[]" represent whole ISO/IEC 10646 or just production #2?
  Some productions contain "[]" such as '[^"]' in #11 however I am not
  sure whether (Char - '"') was not ment. Or #14. "[]" in conjuction 
  with "^" is sometime used where I would expect (Char - [#something]). 


  On contary #15 uses Char as I would expect.
