Can't reach http://www.w3.org/TR/REC-xml/

There's a small problem with accessing the XML documentation:
when attempting to access http://www.w3.org/TR/REC-xml/
(with a trailing slash) I get a not found (404) error. It works
just fine without the trailing slash. I thought I'd mention this
since other documentations work both with and without the slash,
and people tend to get confused if they use it and still don't get
there.
