Erratum E24 describes a process of attribute normalisation which it
says takes place "after the end-of-line normalization described in
section 2.11 has been performed".  However, the process includes
(third bullet point in the list) translating #xD#xA to a space
character (as it also did in the original spec, which did not include
the phrase quoted above).

Please clarify this.
