Hello xml-editor,

here is an error report that applies to document: REC-xml-19980210
 
I think that production 9 is wrong with the inner quotation mark:

current:
[9] EntityValue ::= '"' ([^%&"] | PEReference | Reference)* '"' 

should be:
[9] EntityValue ::= '"' ([^%&'] | PEReference | Reference)* '"' 

This is also true for prodction 10, 11 and maybe others.

I hope, that this is really an error and not only additional work for you.
