xml format error

Hi,

I've been looking at XML Specs in XML format at http://www.w3.org/TR/1998/REC-xml-19980210.xml using my IE5.0 browser. It complained
that it couldn't display the document. It may be an error in IE5. However, there's a chance the error is just that spec.dtd isn't
available (I couldn't retrieve it, anyway). Could you please check it?
