WebScanner 1.1.2 for the PowerMac is now Microsoft Internet Explorer compatible. Also Netscape is supported. Sites can be imported from browser dragging&dropping them between windows, and dragging folders into WebScanner's sites folder. Email address extraction from web pages has been extended, and file-based exctraction is now compatible with Explorer, Claris Emailer, Eudora and Netscape mailboxes.

WebScanner 1.1.2 features multithreaded scanning which enables upto 60 active scanning processes each of which is proceeding in a different path in the net at the same time. Each scanner can be tuned-in to find user-specified new links or email addresses on target pages. ISDN modem and a minimum of 64 MB RAM (PowerMac) are suggested for multithreaded scanning.

Demo expire time has been extended to 15 minutes. More developments soon.
