The XML and HTML for the drafts I circulated by email earlier today are at [1] and [2] respectively. These are checked into CVS, and should be used as the basis for any further editing. Note, however that these represent a "fork" to which neither the DM task force nor the XMLP wg have agreed. They are merely posted for consideration. Thank you.
