AXIS Beta 1 is available

Apache's AXIS SOAP engine is now available as a beta release!
http://xml.apache.org/axis/dist/beta1/.

This version was built against the following external libraries:

   Ant 1.4.1
   Xerces-J 2.0.1
   Tomcat 4.0.3
   Junit 3.7
