Some comments on the Primer draft.

- With regards to the following:

	Part 1 of the SOAP 1.2 specifications defines the SOAP envelope, ...

Suggested replacement text:

	Part 1 of the SOAP 1.2 specifications defines the SOAP envelope, ...
	It also defines a transport binding framework, which describes a
	framework for the specification of a binding of SOAP onto another
	underlying protocol such as HTTP, SMTP, etc.

- With regards to the following:

	It is fundamentally a stateless, one-way message exchange paradigm...

I think that "It" needs to be qualified. I believe that the "It" here refers
to SOAP, not the XML Document of the previous sentence. Suggested replacement
text:

	SOAP is fundamentally a ...

- With regards to section 1.2 Notational Conventions. Is it customary to
include reference to RFC2119 in a non-normative document such as the primer?
I note that the XMLSchema Primer does not do so...
