Well, that's more theoretical than a cause for real-world concern, isn't it? I mean, since there is a binding endpoint involved, perhaps with WSDL or an ebXML collaboration agreement, that specifies host port and URL where the HTTP POST is being directed. Considering that more complete context, I'm hard pressed to see any fault with a relative URI here. /r$
