DS3 A receiver offering a server with services in which a sender invokes a service on a server and receives a response. Both sender and server applications model and send/receive messages in the form of XML documents (e.g. a purchase order XML document and a response to purchase order XML document). Author: Dick Brooks on behalf of ebXML ? with additions from Noah Mendelsohn Note: The differentiator between DS3 and DS4 is that for DS3, the sender and receiver interchange documents contained within the body of an XP message. See the note for DS4 for further clarification.
