Jeff, As instructed in [1], the response was sent to iesg@ietf.org. AFAIK, the response is not available on a referenceable web site other than this list archive [2]. It doesn't belong on the W3C XP WG site since this is a response from individuals and does not necessarily represent the view of the working group as a whole.
