InitResponse Options Bit 9

Hi all,

I'm wondering if any of you might be aware of anyone using Options bit 9 
in the InitResponse?  It is currently (as far as I can tell) listed as 
unused in all of the documentation.  The group working on updating 
current CIP profile is interested in using it locally (ie, only for CIP 
servers) to indicate support for multiple database names in the 
SearchRequest.

Alternative suggestions gratefully considered, as well.
