Schema OID for IR-Explain-1 and IR-Extend-1?

 No, but they have record syntaxes:

 1.2.840.10003.5.100 and 1.2.840.10003.5.106

 The oids I cited above (record syntaxes) are at:

 Z39.50 schemas were invented for use with grs-1, and these two are
asn.1
 definitions independent of grs-1.
