Schema OID for IR-Explain-1 and IR-Extend-1?

Hi,

Does IR-Explain-1 and IR-Extend-1 have standard schema OIDs defined?

We were actually looking at ElementSetDetails in explain, and noticed
the mandatory schema OID. We were wondering if we should

    (1) Not return ElementSetDetails for these special databases
    (2) Should return them using a standard defined OID

The list of schema OIDs on the Z39.50 web site did not list schemas
for the above databases
