Bath Appendices proposed as Implementor Agreements

There have been recent discussions with Bill Moen and Ray Denenberg about
the Bath appendices B: Diagnostics and E: Creating a search from Scan
results. As these appendices are being used by the Proposed US National
Z39.50 Profile it has been proposed that they become Implementor Agreements
and be maintained by the Maintenance Agency. This will be discussed at the
April ZIG meeting. Ray has posted the documents at

The draft of Bath version 2 still contains the two appendices but they will
be removed and the appendices renumbered if they become Implementor
Agreements at the meeting in April.
