We don't do lastModifiedTime as BIB1, but have the equivalent in unix
ctime format in Explain.
Equally Explain--/Zeerex would be of use as well as it has the equivalent.
This is on a per database level of course, which means you'd not be able
to download just changed or new records, but only know if it had changed
since you last checked.

We harvest keywords via scan (as I talked about very briefly at the ZIG)
and check Explain's lastUpdate to see if we should schedule a new
harvesting.
