Problems with a Dynix 2.0 server

I'm getting an error 106 (No abstract syntaxes agreed to for this record)
whenever I send a search off to a Dynix 2.0 server.

Anyone have an idea as to what this means?

I've carefully set my query type to type-1 and used the resultSetName of
"default" and turned off piggy-backed presents by setting smallSetUpperBound
to 0, LargeSetLowerBound to 1 and MediumSetPresentNumber to 0.  I'm sending
the term "dog" with a Use attribute of 1016 and a Structure attribute of 4.

Any help would be appreciated!
