RE: block/font opacity

I used @z-index="-1" on the block-container to get near the effect I was looking for. Not exact but close enough for the time being.

Not according to XSL 1.1.  I keep thinking that someone's implemented it
as an extension, but I now can't find any implementations that do.

It is in the XSL FO 2.0 requirements [1] but not in the current WD [2].
Feel free to comment about this on the W3C Bugzilla [3].
