[XSL-FO][docbook]Problem print line in table of contents

Hi
I  have an application which produces a rtf output from a docbook file.
I’m Using docbook xsl 1.73, and fop 0.94, transform with SAXON. 
I’ve some problems with the generated table of contents, I have things like 
N10006 insteads of  lines http://www.nabble.com/file/p17728593/toc.xsl
toc.xsl .

I ‘ve search on the faq but I didn’t find any answer.

Does Anyone can help me ?
