DTD to html form

Hello,

I am fetching a tool to create html form from a DTD to have, at the end, an xml file with data.
I found one : formSIX (using java), but it seems not to work in every cases. For exemple, when there is a pipe in the DTD, it breaks.
I' m not sure there is the best mailing list to have this request.
