Problem with footnotes

Hi!

I'm using FOP 0.20.5rc2 and Docbook XSL stylesheets version 1.60. And there is a problem with footnotes. I can not get the footnote number like [1] as superscript. FOP generete only a number in normal font size and there is no internal link to the footnote like in HTML.

How can I fix it?
