That is kind, Paul, but even I hesitated at my own wording when I wrote my initial response. I was trying to address the quester's use of the word "sometimes", and rereading it now I realize I was off on a tangent trying to supply a general purpose answer in short order while in a rush to get away from my keyboard. Thank you, I agree with you that for the specific question, the best way is use the initial-page-number on the given chapter and not rely on the counting of pages of preceding page sequences. I apologize for the misleading response, and I very much appreciate being told when I'm not correct so I can add polish to the information in our continually republished book for the next edition.
