Any of you who want to use the page number citation in XSL-FO for making in-text cross-references might be interested in the following _no guarantees_ observation I have made: the current text positioning problems with page number citations only occur with forward references (from page 10 to page 40) and not with backward references (from page 40 to page 10). ...which means you can _sometimes_ put cross-references in your documents...
