If you know the leading on those other blocks, you should be able to do it.

Note that XSL-FO divides the leading by two and apportions one of the 
halves above the line and one of the halves below the line.  The last line 
of the previous block will have half of its leading below it and the first 
line of your following text will have half of its leading above it.
