Re: [Bug 12184] Circularity in xs:override

I've now completed my sketch of an algorithm to handle override,
including cases of circularity and reentrancy.  I've included a worked
example based on Mike Kay's kickoff to this bug.  Ignore the bit about
include which I sent yesterday -- start at section 1.2 *Algorithm O*.
