Thank you very much for your comments, and for their clarity. In the interests of tracking them, I have made Bugzilla entries for the six comments in your note; they are at http://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/show_bug.cgi?id=6043 http://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/show_bug.cgi?id=6044 http://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/show_bug.cgi?id=6045 http://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/show_bug.cgi?id=6046 http://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/show_bug.cgi?id=6047 http://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/show_bug.cgi?id=6048 It would be very helpful if you, in your role as the transmitter of the OWL WG's comments, were to register with the W3C's public Bugzilla instance and add yourself (or some appropriate OWL WG mailing list) to the CC list on these six issues; you will then be notified automatically when the XML Schema WG updates the status of the issues. I would do it for you, but some people prefer to have Bugzilla mail go to special-purpose mail addresses to avoid cluttering their main inbox, so I have not done so in this case. (If you have any difficulties with the Bugzilla interface, the information at http://www.w3.org/XML/2006/01/public-bugzilla.html may be helpful; if that fails, your staff contact or I will be able to help.) I expect the XML Schema WG to take these issues up in the coming weeks; you will hear back from us with the results in due course. Please convey to the OWL Working Group the thanks of the XML Schema Working Group for your reading of the XSD 1.1 Datatypes spec, and for your comments. --C. M. Sperberg-McQueen for the XML Schema WG
