XML Schema 1.0 had a Part 0: Primer.

This document has not yet been brought forward into XML Schema 1.1.  The WG
recognizes that the material in the primer, augmented to reflect the
capabilities of XML Schema 1.1 could be useful in understanding.

The issue is whether or not to provide in-place primer-style examples
throughout the Structures spec, and if not, what disposition is appropriate.
