(But it's wrong in all three HTML versions.) Good eye; thank you for calling this botch to our attention. This is included among the editorial problems noted in bug 5137 (http://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/show_bug.cgi?id=5137), so I have not made a new Bugzilla entry for it.
