Dear Mr Fallside,
Are you having a "offline" version of the XML Primer Second edition ?

I tried downloading the XML version from 
http://www.w3.org/TR/2004/PER-xmlschema-0-20040318/ but, I cannot read it 
offline. I would be very grateful, if you can direct me to a PDF, etc. 
version of the primer.
