http://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/show_bug.cgi?id=3855 Summary: Use of "Default Axis" versus XPath Product: XML Schema Version: unspecified Platform: PC URL: http://www.w3.org/XML/Group/2006/10/scds-diff.html OS/Version: Linux Status: NEW Severity: normal Priority: P2 Component: SCDS: XML Schema Component Designators AssignedTo: holstege@mathling.com ReportedBy: alex@milowski.org QAContact: www-xml-schema-comments@w3.org The term "default axis" is used in XPath to apply to all steps and there is a single default. This is different from the use in SCDs. This probably needs to be clarified or have the term changed to something else.
