Regarding the draft at http://www.w3.org/TR/2004/PER-xmlschema-1-20040318/: Section 3.15.4 says: That component is a member of the value of the appropriate property of the schema which corresponds to the schema document within which the ·QName· appears, that is the appropriate case among the following must be true: ... That would be clearer (eliminated several alternative parsings earlier) if the "that is" were punctuated correctly as: That component is a member of the value of the appropriate property of the schema which corresponds to the schema document within which the ·QName· appears; that is, the appropriate case among the following must be true: ...
