It also says: In fact however this specification provides four different kinds of normative statements ... which probably should begin: In fact, however, this specification provides ... Section 3.1.1 also says: Components are defined in terms of their properties, and each property in turn is defined by giving its range, that is the values it may have. which should have a comma after "that is."
