XML schema draft comments: 4.2.5 misaligned definition

Regarding the draft at
http://www.w3.org/TR/2004/PER-xmlschema-2-20040318/:

Section 4.2.5 says:

[Definition:] A datatype is said to be numeric if its values are
conceptually quantities (in some mathematical number system).

[Definition:] A datatype whose values are not ·numeric· is said to be
   non-numeric.

The first definition defines whether a _datatype_ is numeric.

The second refers to whether the _values_ of a datatype are numeric,
which has not been defined.

The second definition probably should refer to whether the
datatype is numeric.
