Dear XML Schema editor,

Comment:
Clause 4.2.7 of Part 2 has a "Constraint on Schemas: minInclusive <=
maxInclusive". However, there is no "Constraint on Schemas: minExclusive <
maxInclusive".


Proposed solution:
Add "Constraint on Schemas: minExclusive < maxInclusive" that states the
following:

It is an error for the value specified for minExclusive to be greater than
or equal to the value specified for maxInclusive for the same datatype.
