In the Primer, in section 2.1, it says the namespace for XML Schema is http://www.w3.org/2000/08/XMLSchema. In section 2.6 of Structures, it says the namespace for the XML Schema is http://www.w3.org/2000/10/XMLSchema. I assume the latter is correct?
