No identifiers with spaces or hyphens

Dear XML Schema WG,

In order to avoid problems when mapping XML Schema concepts
into programming languages and APIs, please makes sure that
you avoid terms/identifiers with spaces or hyphens
(camelCase is the best alternative).

Examples: base type definition, target namespace,...
