Some last-call comments

Some last call comments on XML Schema Part 0: Primer:

[numbers are chapters/sections]

1.: 'does not provide a definitive (from the W3C's point of view)':
This can be read to mean that it may be the definitive view of
somebody else; as the W3C has the definitive say over what's
     XML schema, this is misleading.

2.2 Why is ZIP decimal? What happens with 9-digit zips, e.g. 12345-6789?

2.2 'Address may appear with an attribute called country': Say that
whether or not the attribute appears, it is added to the infoset.

2.2 'there is no default value for maxOccurs' ... 'must occur exactly
     once': This is confusing/conflicting.

2.4 'immediately following un-named type definition': Not following,
     but enclosed.

2.5 Explain why 'content="empty"' is necessary; if an element doesn't
have content, isn't it empty automatically? (this comes at the
end of 2.5, but it should be explained when 'empty' is introduced).

2.9 last sentence: 'may not have any element content' -> 'is not allowed
to have any ...' [check all 'may' in the specs, thery are other,
     similar cases]

2.3 'consist of a very few constraints' -> 'consists of very few constraints'
