Minor editorial comments for WD-xmlschema-1-19991105 and WD-xmlschema-2-19991105

The following comments are all editorial, not substantial.

Comments for "XML Schema Part 1: Structures":
<http://www.w3.org/TR/1999/WD-xmlschema-1-19991105>

- In the copyright statement, links from "liability" and "trademark"
  are broken. Those links should be fixed as follows.

  - link from "liability":
    WRONG:  http://www.w3.org/Consortium/Legal/ipr-notice.html#Legal Disclaimer
    RIGHT:  http://www.w3.org/Consortium/Legal/ipr-notice.html#Legal_Disclaimer

  - link from "trademark":
    WRONG:  http://www.w3.org/Consortium/Legal/ipr-notice.html#W3C Trademarks
    RIGHT:  http://www.w3.org/Consortium/Legal/ipr-notice.html#W3C_Trademarks

- In "D References (normative)":
  <http://www.w3.org/TR/1999/WD-xmlschema-1-19991105/#normative-references>

  - I don't understand the need to include a reference to RFC 1808.
    I believe the definition of Relative URL has been incorporated
    into RFC 2396.

  - I don't understand the need to include a reference to SOX *1.1*.
    The latest version available as W3C Note is SOX 2.0, published
    on 30 July 1999. Unless there is specific reason to refer to 1.1,
    I'd suggest to update the reference to 2.0. It's available at
    <http://www.w3.org/1999/07/NOTE-SOX-19990730>.

  - Reference to "URI" points to very old Internet Draft. It shall
    refer to RFC 2396, like WD-xmlschema-2-19991105 does.

  - While RFC 2396 doesn't replace those portions of RFC 1738 that
    defined the specific syntax of individual URL schemes, I don't
    think it's necessary to include a reference to RFC 1738 in this
    document.

  - "WAI Accessibility Guidelines: Page Authoring" is an obsolete
    name; it should be referred as "Web Content Accessibility
    Guidelines 1.0". Correct reference would be something like this:

      WAI-WEBCONTENT
          Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 1.0, Wendy Chisholm et al.
          W3C, 5 May 1999. See http://www.w3.org/TR/WAI-WEBCONTENT

  - Reference to "WEBSGML" is obsolete. Correct reference would be:

      WEBSGML
          Final text of revised TC2 to ISO 8879:1986, C. F. Goldfarb, ed.,
          6 December 1998. See http://www.sgmlsource.com/8879rev/n0029.htm

  - Reference to "XLink" is obsolete. Correct reference would be:

      XLink
          XML Linking Language (XLink), Steve DeRose et al. W3C,
          26 July 1999. See http://www.w3.org/TR/xlink

  - Reference to "XSLT" is obsolete. Correct reference would be:

      XSLT
          XSL Transformations (XSLT) Version 1.0, James Clark, ed.,
          W3C, 8 October 1999. See http://www.w3.org/TR/xslt

  - Reference to "XML-Namespaces" is obsolete. Correct reference would be:

      XML-Namespaces
          Namespaces in XML, Tim Bray et al., W3C, 14 January 1999.
          See http://www.w3.org/TR/REC-xml-names

  - Reference to "XML-Namespaces" is obsolete. Correct reference would be:

      XPointer
          XML Pointer Language (XPointer), Steve DeRose and Ron Daniel Jr.,
          ed., W3C, 9 July 1999. See http://www.w3.org/TR/WD-xptr

Comments for "XML Schema Part 2: Datatypes":
<http://www.w3.org/TR/1999/WD-xmlschema-2-19991105>

- In the copyright statement, links from "liability" and "trademark"
  are broken, just like WD-xmlschema-1-19991105.

- In "3.2.8 uri":
  <http://www.w3.org/TR/1999/WD-xmlschema-2-19991105/#uri>

  - "URI" is NOT "Universal Resource Identifier", but "Uniform Resource
    Identifier".

- In "F References":
  <http://www.w3.org/TR/1999/WD-xmlschema-2-19991105/#biblio>

  - Published year for "Namespaces in XML" is obsolete. It should be
    1999, not 1998.
