minor typos in PR-xmlbase-20001220

Congratulations on your XML Base [1] Proposed Recommendation. Reading 
through it, I found minor typos:

In Appendix A, XML Names, "Textuality, Hewlett-Packard, and 
Microsoft." can be omitted. (No other reference gives organizations 
for the editors.)

In Appendix B, there's one missing period, "XML Path Language World 
Wide Web Consortium" -> "XML Path Language. World Wide Web Consortium"

(I imagine you will update the XLink and Infoset references.)

In Appendix C, list item 5, "The XSLT [XSLT] extensions ... defines" 
-> "The XSLT [XSLT] extensions ... define"
