Of course, we want the spec to be as clear as possible. Since we're trying to do the steps that lead to Candidate Recommendation now, I'm not sure how much freedom we have to add new text, but I will check. We might need to publish additional examples on the web site first, and then incorporate them as editorial fixes post-CR.
